Although we have worked on virtually every type of civil litigation and many criminal matters, the common thread on cases where we are engaged is the existence of some level of content complexity. There is usually some technical, engineering, scientific, financial, or other type of information that will be testified to through experts and the presentation of evidence, and this content is not easily understood by the judge, jury, mediator, arbitrator, or other people who will sit in judgment of the case.
Common types of litigation where our services are engaged include intellectual property, product liability, complex commercial, construction, environmental, and other regulatory matters.
Animation Technologies is recognized as a best-of-breed service provider and consultant in the litigation support space. Our business strategy is to be a premier provider of a select group of services that are very important to partner level litigation attorneys and the corporations they represent.
